We had trouble, with my husband's watch which stopped working. We needed a new battery and also 8 new alarm inserted in the watch and this was done in short time and with no issues at all. I would recommend this company to anyone who has to utilise tablet timers in their daily lives.

My watch keeps me well by sounding the alarm 6 times a day telling me to take my medication. As I have Parkinson's Disease it is vital I take the pills on time each time. When the watch was out of action I was lost and very grateful to have it back so soon. Thanks heaps
