We deliver items Australia wide or Internationally and offer various options to meet your needs.
Delivery cost is determined by destination, value and shipping method chosen.
• 'Ordinary Parcel Post' and handling is available within Australia - cost is $12.95
If you wish to see the total cost of your purchase including delivery charges, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment or confirmation of order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of delivery requested and the country of destination. If the item is in stock, we will try to ensure that your order is dispatched from TabTimer within 24-48 hours after your order is received and payment clears.
Our stock levels are indicated by the traffic light on each product page.

‘Ordinary Parcel Post’ within Australia is usually delivered between 1-10 business days after lodgement.
‘Express Post’ is next business day after lodgement within the ‘Express Post Domestic Network’, which includes most metropolitan areas of capital cities and other selected centres.

'Pack & Track' and ‘International Registered Post’ is delivered to almost 200 countries within 3-10 working days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions. The receiver is responsible for any local taxes and duties.
Can I track my order?
If you have registered with TabTimer and have a login and password, you can check if your order has been sent by clicking on ‘My Account’ and selecting the ‘Query Order Status’ link.
If you are unable to locate the status information please email [email protected] with your order reference number and we will get back to you at the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.
Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.
For ‘Express Post’ Shipments in Australia, you can contact Australia Post on 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.
What if my order is lost?
For ‘Express Post’ items under $50, compensation of up to $50 for loss or damage during carriage may be paid at Australia Post’s discretion upon production of a receipt or other proof of lodgement.
TabTimer will assist with claims for compensation as far as possible.
‘International Registered Post’ items include compensation up to the value of the purchase as long as you have selected the correct delivery option when ordering.
