TabTimer can help you to find the best product, we can help to inform you about the types of supports available, identify the most suitable Assistive Technologies to meet your needs, supply the most fitting low-risk, low-cost, Assistive Technology, based on your requirements, and explain how you can access them using the funding in your plan.

No. Our items fall under Low risk, Low Cost. Therefore, no formal quote or assessment is required.

We can provide an invoice that can be supplied to a Plan Manager for payment.  Please see the required information in the questions below.

If the participant is using self managed NDIS budgets, they will need to purchase the item from TabTimer and pay us for the item, then claim the funds back from the NDIS through the MyPlace Portal.

We will provide an invoice to enable you to make the claim.  You can select Bank EFT, Paypal, or credit card payment in the checkout, and we will dispatch once payment is finalised.

If you are using NDIS managed budgets, you will need to ensure that the participant has enough funds available in their plan.  If you don't know this or are unsure, you can check with the Support Coordinator, Planner, or Local Area Coordinator, to ensure the purchase amount is included in the participants plan.

We will need to know the 'support budget or budget category' the funds are in, and the 'budget line item number' they have allocated the funds to.

Sometimes there is a $1,500 Assistive Technology budget, or we can claim from Consumables for low-risk low-cost AT.   If the participant has this we can generally claim directly from that pool.
