How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Once your payment is received and cleared we usually dispatch within 24-48 hours (weekdays), if the item is in stock.

 

How do I know if the item is in stock?

Our stock levels are indicated by the traffic lights displayed at the bottom of each product detail page.  (i.e. in stock Product is in stock / Out of StockCurrently out of stock )


How quickly will my item be delivered?

You can choose registered or express post in the checkout.

Can I have my item delivered to a PO Box?

Yes, we do deliver to PO Boxes.
You can enter your billing address and select an alternate delivery address in the chcekout.

 

Can I fit a flexi stretch band to a VibraLITE 8 watch?

Because the VibraLITE 8 range has a specific custom moulding it is not possible to fit a stretch band to these models. However, if you would like a stretch band, they will fit the VibraLITE 3 or VibraLITE 12 range.

Where do I find your pricing information?

All of our pricing is shown on our website. Click through to the detailed product information by clicking on an image and you will find all the details of the product and pricing. Our pricing is also shown on each image at the bottom of our home page. Will you deliver to me outside of Sydney?

Yes, we deliver Australia wide and Internationally using Australia Post.
Simply choose the postage option you prefer in the check out.

Do you deliver to international countries?

Yes, we deliver Internationally using Australia Post.
Simply choose the postage option you prefer in the check out.
If your country is not showing in the check out process please email [email protected] and we will add your country to the list.

What postage options are available?

In the checkout you can choose Parcel Post or Express Post for delivery within Australia and International Registered Post for items outside Australia.

How can I pay for my order?

In the checkout you can choose to pay by; credit card, PayPal, EFT bank transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order. If you choose to pay by EFT bank transfer, Bank Cheque or Money Order details will be provided on the final confirmation of where to send your payment and they will also be emailed to you.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, to process your payment we use a secure payment gateway provided by St George Bank.
The payment gateway is hosted by St George Bank and your card details are not provided directly to TabTimer. If you are still unsure about placing your details on the internet you can make a phone order by calling 1300 TAB TIMER (1300 822 846).

Can I make a mail or phone order?

Yes, to do a mail order or fax order, download our Fax/Mail Order Form. To place a phone order please call 1300 TAB TIMER (1300 822 846)

How do I know I am dealing with a legitimate company?

TabTimer is a legitimate company which has been established in Australia since 2009.
You can check our company registration ;

Can I get an invoice to allow my company or funding organisation to pay?

Yes, simply place your order online and select EFT as the payment option. The invoice will be emailed to you with details on how to pay. Once your payment is received and cleared your item will be dispatched.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

An email notification will be sent to you to confirm your order.

An email notification will be sent to you to advise once your item has been dispatched.

Is there anywhere that I can see TabTimer products local to me?
