Refunds & Returns

TabTimer™ endeavours to make sure you are happy with our service and products.

However, should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact 1300 TAB TIMER (1300 822 846).

Goods will not be accepted for return or refund after 14 days of dispatch within Australia and 30 days for International orders.

Contact us for a returns number and mail the goods with your details and returns number back to TabTimer Pty Ltd at the address shown on our ‘Contact information’ page.

If you have changed your mind about a product and wish to return or exchange the product you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and any difference in pricing for an alternative item plus postage for dispatch of any subsequent order.

Upon receipt of the returned product, TabTimer will at its ultimate discretion determine whether to refund the value of the goods, or supply a replacement product. TabTimer will make all reasonable attempts to process the return within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods or as soon as possible thereafter depending on availability of replacement goods.

In order to aid in the return process, please keep the original shipping package.

If applicable, your refund will be made using the same means in which you made the payment.  We will notify you once the refund has been made.

Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped.

This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
