I purchase these for clients who are not compliant with medications - have never had any complaints for the clients. I buy spare trays so the chemist always has a spare to fill up.

Surprised that our Chemist's are not actively promoting this product .Simple to set up and works with precision and simply to a person with age related problems , that had been struggling with Webster type packs ...now has made a friends with the machine .. .highly recomend these for anybody that struggles with their medication

Works perfectly and stops confusion .
My mother has benefited greatly and no longer overdoses or misses her medication.
Overall very happy with the unit!!
2 things that could be improved ..
the alarm sound could be a little louder and the device could do with a handle for easier pick up when tilting the pills out

The automatic pill dispenser has made such a difference for my parent who has dementia. There were problems with tablets being missed, and also too many tablets being taken on some days. Tablets are now taken reliably which has improved their health. It would be great if the alarm had an option to be louder because the sound can be difficult to hear over the TV noise for people with poor hearing.

My father was using Webster Packs, but kept losing tablets that got stuck in the foil and was unsure of the which day he was up to. Tab timer has resolved all of that. I now know what tablets he has taken, and can see if any are missed. This is a fantastic product that I thoroughly recommend to people with no hesitation.

I would highly recommend this product, it has been a very positive experience for both my husband & myself. He has the alarm to remind him to take his meds, & because the TabTimer is locked, he can't access the other doses, so there is no chance of confusion.

My stepmum can no longer accidentally overdose on her medication. As much as she stares at the pill dispenser wanting to take her tablets, she can only access them at the scheduled time. Knowing this has given all of us enormous peace of mind as well as ensuring she doesn't end up in hospital again for inadvertently overmedicating. Nurses who supervise medication 5 days a week are all most impressed.

This is the best product I have ever seen. Once set up the ease of use is perfect for anyone who gets confused about whether they have taken their medication. No chance of taking wrong days or wrong time. The alarm sounds to notify and then you can dispense the tablets. Lockable so no mistakes are made. 100 stars for this product

It takes a bit of getting used to filling each section with correct meds, but once you got it sorted its a handy automatic dispenser. Best to keep it stored flat, works well with handy alarms, glad it has lockable lids for added security, both white for privacy and clear for seeing each day left. I recommend for anyone who takes a lot of medications as this is big enough to keep them all organised.

Once the set up is done, the product does everything it is supposed to do. It has allowed our son to independently safe, take his twice a day multiple medications.

I had it purchased for my wife who was mixing up her medication and not remembering to take or was confused.
This has made a big difference, alarm - then can only take the medicine that is required. No mistakes any more.

Easy to 'program'.
extra/spare tray is essential - eases the restocking process
Lock is easy to use.
Maybe an empty/blank day/time template would be useful.
Elderly 88 yr old, early stages dementia f/inlaw is very happy with it because it is one less thing he has to worry about.

My mum is 85 and was taking the wrong medication on the wrong day. The Tab timer has solved this problem. There is no possible way she can get to any of the other tablets and easy for myself or the chemist to fill the carousel with more tablets. We love it.

My wife and I are both in our late 80's; I am her carer. She has Parkinsons and some dementia. She is now fully happy using the TabTimer and it also serves as a reminder to me if she does not have the carousel near-by at pill time. She needs pills 5 times a day. We had tried 7 x 4 compartment pill dispenser and also Webster packs but the extra 'serving' caused problems and doses were often taken out of sequence or at the wrong time. With 5 doses a day I use the Monday to Friday label disk and then add two more days into the empty Mon & Tue to get the full week but this is no big deal. I have the extra tray which is well worth the extra cost.
We live in a retirement village and I recommend this to all I meet with similar problems.
BTW - If you are purchasing this for someone on a Home Care Package you can claim it but make sure the invoice is in the 'patient's' name.

Chemist was previously organising a blister pack for my elderly sister who lives alone, at a cost of $6:40 per weekly pack. At times, my sister would miss some days or double up on the medicine. I now fill the Tabtimer which only allows medicine to be dispensed on set times and has been working exceptionally well. Not having to pay the $6:40 means the Tabtimer is paid for within 30 weeks.

One of the best investments for anyone suffering from dementia/memory loss etc. It is easy to program the alarm and very easy to use. Eliminates doubling up of medications and makes life so much easier for the carer and patient.
Have recommeded this product to service providers, friends, professionals & anyone else who is interested. One of the best products you can have if you're a carer of dementia/alzheimers patient.

My elderly mother was having memory issues remembering what day it was therefore having a tablets in a Webster pack often didn't help.
Since having the Tabtimer has been wonderful for her- she feels she in control again. The alarm is very good too as she wears 2 hearing aids.

It is wonderful, I wish I got it earlier, it saved me checking on my mother in law every day , she hasn't missed any tablets since we had it were before she'd miss her tablets all the time, unless we go and make sure she took them.
