Occupational Therapy QLD Division are delighted to announce that the beautiful and convenient Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast has been chosen as the destination for Queensland's major Continuing Professional Development event in 2014.Noosa is only a short 30-minute drive north of the Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY), with bus and taxi transfers available from the airport. From Brisbane, Noosa is an easy 90-minute drive north along the Bruce Highway.
The three-day conference will include pre-conference workshops on day one, followed by a varied and exciting program on days two and three, when our valued sponsors will also be showcasing their products and services for your enjoyment at the trade displays.
The program will include inspiring keynote and invited speaker sessions, carefully selected by the Scientific Program Advisory Group to ensure a rewarding experience for all who attend.
The OT Week Soiree will be held on the evening of day two, providing an opportunity for delegates and sponsors to network, socialise, and celebrate the Occupational Therapy profession. The presentation of the association’s Awards will also take place during the OT Week Soiree, and are a highlight of OT Week – The Louise Van Willigen Memorial Professional Development Scholarship & The Mary Rankine Wilson Memorial Award for Professional Excellence.
